How to Request a Tang Suit Wholesale Quote

Buyer and supplier reviewing Tang suit samples, fabrics and order documents

A useful Tang suit wholesale quote requires a complete, comparable request. Send the style, quantity, size breakdown, destination, required in-hand date, packaging, customization, and inspection expectations together. Asking only “price and MOQ?” forces assumptions and produces figures that may not cover the same product or service.

Identify the exact product

Provide product links, reference images, color, fabric, lining, collar, closures, sleeves, pockets, trousers, and decoration. Mark which details are mandatory and which alternatives are acceptable. Ask the supplier to identify any unconfirmed specification in the response.

State quantity and size breakdown

Give total units plus quantities by style, color, and size. If the size curve is not final, label it provisional and ask when it must be frozen. Request finished-garment measurements and clarify whether minimum order quantity applies per order, color, style, or size.

Explain customization

Attach artwork and dimensions for labels, embroidery, packaging, or other changes. Ask about setup charges, sample cost, color matching, file format, ownership, and minimum quantities. Never assume a customized sample and bulk product share the same price or lead time.

Specify destination and trade terms

Provide city, postal code, country, delivery type, and requested Incoterm if known. Ask what freight, insurance, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local delivery are included. Quotes cannot be compared until their scope matches.

Use an in-hand deadline

State when goods must arrive and why. Request separate timing for sample, approval, production, inspection, dispatch, and transit. Add customs and local distribution buffer. “Ship before the event” is not a safe schedule.

Ask for commercial terms

  • Unit prices and quantity breaks.
  • Sample and setup charges.
  • Payment schedule and method.
  • Quote validity and currency.
  • Production tolerance and defect remedy.
  • Packing, carton and document details.

Compare replies line by line

Create a comparison sheet for specification, unit price, included services, MOQ, sample, lead time, shipping scope, payment, quality control, and unresolved questions. The lowest number is not automatically the lowest total risk.

Quote request template

Include company, market, style, quantity, size curve, material, customization, packing, destination, in-hand date, trade term, inspection need, and requested response date. Attach files with clear names and version dates.
